The 3rd EELISA Scientific Student Competition offers an incredible platform for ambitious students to showcase their research, enhance their academic skills, and engage with an international scientific community.
This two-day competition welcomes BSc, MSc, and PhD students from EELISA partner universities, offering a unique opportunity to improve scientific writing, explore specialized topics, collaborate with experienced researchers, and lay the groundwork for future academic projects.
Organized by POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, and the EELISA Research & Talent Workgroup members, this event is co-funded by the European Union under GA No. 101124676.

Participants will engage in dynamic research presentations and discussions, exploring a wide range of disciplines, including:

How to Apply?
Step 1: Register online by March 31, 2025, and submit a 400-word abstract.
Step 2: Develop a 20- to 60-page research paper under the guidance of an academic supervisor. The final submission is due by May 1, 2025.
Step 3: Present your research in a 12- to 15-minute session, followed by a scientific discussion with peers and experts. Presentations will be evaluated based on Hungarian TDK and OTDK conference standards.
Each submission will be reviewed by two expert evaluators before the event. Participants will receive detailed feedback one week prior, allowing them to refine their work for the final presentation.
