We intend to become more inclusive in terms of education and training (Quality of Education) trying to build a new paradigm in education, particularly to consider the student level at the beginning of the training and aiming to measure the performance at the end instead of the strictly framed skills in line with the foreseen subject, privileging the student motivation and engagement instead of the specific technical competence.
